Google Scholar: Some concurrency improvements.

- Don't wait for the row to pass through the DOI -> arXiv -> GS
  processing inside the loop over the rows, but do wait between each
  adjacent row iterations. This will help improve the perception of
  progress.
- Error reporting improvements.
- Fix some typos.
