Minor UI updates

Minor UI changes:

Homepage:

• User feedback: template too fuzzy, not clear where to click;
• Added an image slider;
• Moved text to about page;
• Removed footer.

Changed the list and map view buttons to tabs on the main landing pages of Projects, Countries, Regions and Organisations.

Changed the project detail pages:

• Different lay-out;
• Added a 'detailed report' tab;
• Added an 'Ask a question' feature on each project detail page;

Changed the design of the geo maps.

Added disclaimer information to the 'About' page.

Added 'Contact' to the primary navigation, with a secure contact form.

New openaidNL data theme.

Together with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs we completely re-designed openaid.nl.
The main focus to create a better interaction between the data and users. In order to achieve this, we added more and more interactive data visualisations to the platform.
