Is your enhancement proposal related to a problem? Please describe.
The current implementation of the BAP Broadcast Assistant only supports a single connection.

Describe the solution you'd like
The broadcast assistant should, like all the other LE Audio GATT client implementations, support multiple servers (BAP Scan Delegators).

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
Ideally it should also handle bonding.

#67629 and #66874 will conflict with the changes necessary to implement this, and it's suggested to wait with this until those have been merged
