I have searched existing issues and avoided creating duplicates.
I am not filing an enhancement request.
I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
I have set the keyboard shortcut to show the MAL-Sync extension popup as Ctrl + comma. I've used this config for more than 3-4 years, so I'm confident that my keyboard shortcut is setup correctly. But, if I use the keyboard shortcut Zen v1.11b onwards, it shows the popup without any content, basically a blank popup with the default gray background. Yes, this only happens if the keyboard shortcut is used, not when manually selected using mouse from the extensions menu.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Set a keyboard shortcut from about:addons > MAL-Sync > top-right gear icon > Manage Extension Shortcuts, and set a keyboard shortcut for Activate toolbar button under MAL-Sync.
Ensure that from the MAL-Sync popup > Top-right gear icon > Extension Popup > Open in Seperate Window is disabled. This bug only affects when this toggle is disabled. Keeping that toggle enabled will open a new Zen Window, and that's not our issue here.
Try opening the extension using the keyboard shortcut that you set in Step 1.

I initially thought it was a bug from the extension side, so I opened an issue on their repo at MALSync/MALSync#2906, but they confirmed they hadn't changed anything from their side. I downgraded my Zen tarball installation to v1.10.3b and noted that this issue is not present in that version. Additionally, I installed flatpaks of the latest Firefox (137.0.2) and Zen (1.11.3b), and confirmed that this issue isn't present in Firefox (137.0.2), while even the clean installation of Zen (1.11.3b) flatpak had this issue.

UPDATE: Also, noticed that this only happens for SponsorBlock Addon as well and the issue can only be reproduced under Single Toolbar Mode. And even under Single Toolbar mode, if I right click and enable Tabs on the right, that fixes it.

I mentioned the issue is only for the keyboard shortcut, but I think that was for the previous versions (v1.11b, v1.11.1b, and v1.11.2b). Here in, v1.11.3b, even opening the popup with the mouse from the extensions menu has this issue.
