Created a new branch for simplicity and re-organization since there were many changes related to wallet integration of web3auth.

• redirect home page to all markets until a design for home page is ready
• add support for WSX Token in create markets
• disable create markets for all users except admin
• remove all other wallets except for web3auth
• Show WSX token balance in accounts widget
• add API route for checking and funding new user wallets
• filter markets for foreign asset
• replace logos and add "powered by Zeitgeist" logo to footer
• update portfolio page to reflect WSX assets (will be fixed in Portfolio: Filter Out WSX Assets #1987 )
• fund user wallets with WSX tokens
• configure WSX to pay for fees
• test support for WSX token for buying/selling assets (including fees)
• replace user address with token balance
• hero banner (designs required)
• pop-up when tokens arrive
• hide liquidity, oracle, creator
• disable US values of token
• email notification upon signup
• add Disquss
• show scalar result (not just price)
• referral program (TBD)
• Stripe integration (TBD)
