Reactions - Note renders at wrong position.

That looks like the "note" is entered into the NPC as a feature. This seems to be a custom monster? With legendary actions there is a blurb automatically generated in that section, but since that note is for reactions it would need to be set as a reaction to display in that section. You should be able to modify the action type on that feature and it should show in the expected section.
