This repository is designed as a template you can "Use this Template". Once you have forked you should rename to something simple and descriptive such as project-mussel-development. The basic premise includes have clear directories for data, code, and analyses.
Raw data should not be modified. Code should use relative paths. It is recommended that code files (eg R, Rmd, sh, iynb) should be labled in a chronological manner such as 01, 02, 03 etc.
In code directory there are a series of notebooks of common procedures. These notebooks are have the 00# prefix.
