Is it possible for a support for kernelsu and magisk since I'm already using a rooted device with kernel su I really dont want to install shizuku

I'm not aware of kernelsu. Is it an alternative to rooting your device , instead of Magisk?
Does it also offer support for modules? Maybe it works together with Magisk?
Does it work for all devices somehow? A universal solution?
