[Feature Request]: sponsorblock default action

Hello everyone,
I am trying out SmartTube and it's certainly a cool app and works far better than newpipe on TV, but it needs some polishing here and there.

Currently, I have 2 suggestions regarding the sponsorblock settings:

1. make the default action "show confirmation dialog" (at least on all the non sponsor categories)
   bc it does disrupt a few channels a lot, when totally innocuous and useful preview* segments of the video gets just skipped per default, too.
   (*Example would be the practical engineering channel where the intro/preview of the video does help to introduce the topic quickly)

Describe the solution you'd like

2. to make things easier, in the sponsorblock settings, I suggest adding a default action setting on top (which is set to "show confirmation dialog")
   and then the different categories below (sponsor, intermission/ intro, ...) can override that default action.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Like written above, the quickest change would be

1. at least on all the non sponsor categories: make the default action "show confirmation dialog" instead of skip with notification
