When fixing a bug, be sure to submit a pull request AND open an issue linked to the PR, and describe exactly what you are fixing and how.
Open an issue, and be sure to include any screenshots and describe what the issue exactly is. Bad UI design can be an issue, but make sure to add the design tag.
