The famous Tic Tac Toe Game writtin using only python language(pygame Library).
The game consists of a main page where two choices are provided (either to start the game or to exit it), and a game page where one player is randomly choosen to start (either X or O).
Consedring all the possible scenarios either one of the players win or the result is Tie.
