As requested, ags configurations are added, to use ags panel instead of waybar for those who prefer it :

• comment waybar and dunst exec lines in hyprland.conf and uncomment agspanel line in userprefs.conf
• copy ags-cache as name : ags in .cache directory

Other notes :

• sync with latest version of upstream
• added swayosd support
• configured waybar, using dots instead of workspace numbers, added privacy module for screenshare, camera
• feature rich clipboard, and nwg-clipboard as alternative for those who prefer it
