Authentication Via Certificates

I love that this is finally seeing the light of the day. I enjoyed working on it in its formative stages. I do have a query though. I am not sure whether this is the right place to put it, but here it goes. If my BitBucket enterprise server uses a certificate along with username and password authentication, will this break the setup? I didn't see any mechanism in the source to provide for a certificate.
