Pre-release of "Annotation of Ostrea lurida transcriptome.

This release includes acquiring data files and running quality analysis. BLAST and kallisto analyses are in progress with clear descriptions of work to be done and anticipated analysis completion dates. Additionally, this release includes tutorials for different analytical tools and project background information.

v0 will be released 2016-11-07 after analyses described above are completed.
