Thank you for developing an excellent software (SCASL) for analyzing alternative splicing events based on single-cell sequencing data. I encountered some errors (reading data from filtered_matrix files, KeyError: "['end'] not found in axis") when applying this software on my project:
I checked the result (/mnt/raid6/baifeng/project/scRNA/data/zha/run/process_result/20241020232954/filtered_matrix) and found that the column ("end") exist:
I also tried to modify some corresponding source codes that might be misleading, but it did not seem to solve the problem. Could you please tell me what is the possibility of this error? Many thanks!
