Apple Matrix Coprocessor Support

Applying the (undocumented) Apple matrix coprocessor largely speeds-up computation.

As BinaryBuilder.jl doesn't seem to support Aarch64_Darwin yet, this binary is injected with brute force by build script. Invoke Pkg.build("BliContractor") after installing this release.
