Spindle lock platform

Describe

This part is the spindle lock platform. The other holes are for further stepper motors and other parts for my XDispPlace Project. We need this part to block or lock the spindle, if the machine screw or unscrew the Collet nut.

BOM (Bill of Materials)

• 1x Arduino + ServoStepper Shield 2.0
• 1x Servo TowerPro SG90 9G Mini
• 1x linear bearing
• 2x M10 threaded rod ~ 100mm
• 4x small 4 corners Nut M10
• some small screws M2.5 x 25 for linear bearing

Software

• Arduino Sketch to rotate servo to lock or unlock spindle

Build instructions

1. Mill this part, you can use the cam Moves in the fusion model.
2. screw the servo on the platform
3. screw linear bearing on platform
4. screw wrench on bearing, i used a POM piece and drill holes in wrench and holder
5. use servo horn to hold wagon of linear bearing in position
6. grind 2 of the nut's close to the hole
7. use 2 threaded rods and install platform on cnc3040
