0.7.0 - The rewrite that no one asked for.

Everything has been rewritten from scratch (again), this time around it should be good enough for another year or so before my programming ocd hits again.

Since I fully migrated to Linux, windows build might be broken, I tried it with wine and it seems to work. Please file an issue if the thing is broken.

• Abandoned CPOL's PP api and use proper pp calculator (rosu-pp, thanks MaxOhn).
