Release of version 41.6 2025-01-16 of the bidi package

I have just uploaded version 41.6 2025-01-16 of the bidi package to CTAN.

Notable changes

• The control sequence \today was not defined in Plain TeX format and one would get undefined control sequence error;
• This issue is resolved. As a consequence, the control sequence \bidilogo is introduced and the bidi packages does not insert the logo himself;
• The package iftex is no longer used in LaTeX format.
