We use Ultraviolet as many other proxy websites do. It currently is in the process of being replaced with a newer version, scramjet, and so its site support has been lacking recently. Instagram blocks datacenter IP's in order to prevent bots, so it will likely never work, although I'm not sure the status of tiktok, if it works in the apps section I can take a look at that.
