Transistions Wipe, Blend and From Middle not working as previous #5213

Using 2025.03 the transitions appear to have some rounding issue or something resulting in a improper render.

Wipe is using perhaps the height vs the width when determining the wipe.

From Middle - is 90deg flipped (should be wiping from the left n right)

Blend should be 5x5 blocks (compared to 2024 version) Instead they are 5 but offset by a couple.
