Unlikely To Be Implemented Either very rare use case or the overhead/complexity so great it is unlikely to be implemented.

As the option have we have sub model which renders buffer as isolated part of the model

If we've option to remap buffer (actual channel) , it helps to render actual chasing & matrix patterns

Ex: if I've moving head , dmx lights , RGBW or any other combination wich needs a colour order & movement part

1 : assume that i've 12 DMX node & each have 12 channels
Means 144 channel,

Channels :
1: Enable
2: R
3: G
4: B....
2nd node
13: Enable
14:R
15:G
16:B

Buffer group will assign 3 channel group
(2,3,4),(14,15,16) which acts like RGB node & renders as regular LED strand

Same trick will helps to make move X & Y for moving Heads & moving elements by adding 3rd element as dummy element

(2,3,-1),(14,15,-1)

I am failing to understand the use case for this feature. From what I can understand you are using normal RGB Nodes in you xLights configuration but want to use them to control non standard RGB node devices like DMX moving heads. I don't think that is the correct approach in xLights and you should be using a DMX model or a channel block model not a standard RGB model.
