No documentation re WWIV Macros in Full-Screen Editor

WWIV Macros (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-D and Ctrl-F) work in the Line Editor but don't work in the Full Screen Editor.

Ctrl-P Ctrl-A is how you have to do them in the FSED

It is in [ESC] and then Help ? within the FSED itself, as is the CTRL features such as K to delete a line among others recently asked about. If someone could email me with instructions on how to update docs and send patches I'd be happy to contribute more than just comment.
