network2 discarding non-duplicate messages on subs (false positives)

network2 is discarding new posts to a sub if match criteria of daten/title/fromsys/fromuser are similar but not necessarily the same post. do wwivnet messages have a unique ID in control lines?

also, is there some way we can turn of dupe checking for a sub temporarily? so we can re-autosend a remote sub.
