It would be nice if this project had some test CI. To improve performance and to avoid hitting GATK for every request, it would be nice if a cache file was downloaded before tests were run. If this was done, it might also be nice if requests-cache/requests-cache#102 was merged, to avoid errors due to a conflict of versions.
