[Improvement]: (Usability) Data Services return responses not in an uniform manner

Description

• When there are multiple rows for the select query result, DSS returns them as a json array (output mapping defined as an array).
• Noticed a weird scenario when there is only one result for the query result, DSS returns a single object

Describe your problem(s)

This behaviour makes the life of integration developer hard. If we are to write a transformation for the DSS output, we need to first manually wrap the object inside an array and then have a static transformation.

Describe your solution(s)

Proposal: Single object also should come in an array so that the output is uniform.
