Product Image block: Add image alignment options

The Product Image block currently does not have any options for image alignment. There's an option for the alignment of the sale badge, but not the product image itself.

The image can be aligned by transforming the Image block into a group and using the alignment options of the group.

Describe the solution you'd like

A more intuitive and user-friendly solution would be to add a dedicated image alignment option similar to the sale badge alignment option.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A more fleshed-out alternative could be to add alignment options to the Product Template block which are applied to all the Product Elements blocks within it. Those options could be related or rolled into #42490
