Patched version of OpenIV.asi that lets you load .rpf files in GTA Online
Place dsound.dll and OpenIV.007 in your GTA V folder.
Download any desired replacement mod you want, then install it to your mods folder with the OpenIV tool using the 'Edit mode'.
