Emissions

For emissions, just add equations with the EMISS -> species @ rate format. Emiss is always constrained. EMISS can be changed using the FEMISS label in the initial constraints file and acts as a switch.

DEPOS

For deposition, just add equations with the species -> DUMMY @ DEPOS*rate format. DEPOS is always constrained and can be changed using the FDEPOS label in the initial conditions file and acts as a switch.
