Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I've searched the web for Octave and Matlab (without a license) support. Would this be possible? I know there is a Matlab-Language-Server, but this seems to require one a Matlab installation and second a valid license.

Maybe one could take public sources - if existent - and use them with Mason.

Describe potential alternatives you've considered

There are some repos which kind of do something like that, but a full blown language server would be awesome.
