Release Candidate 5

This is the fifth release candidate of the WildRank Android server and client. The app is considered to be fully supportive of the web app. Release candidates will be created until a fully functional and stable version can be achieved.

Changes:

• Fixed release name ending with ampersand character code instead of actual "
• Allow using cached version of master
• Allow uploading of configs (untested)
• Fixed choosing cached releases not working
