Fix GLSL incompatiblity

• Fixes GLSL incompatibility from unified shader work, pulls in required IPC changes in the driver, bumps to v1.1
• Moves to a more efficient cursor and overlay, cursor cloning only used when over a virtual display
• Adds new shortcut for toggling the XR effect on/off
• Adds a text scaling slider to the Advanced Settings
• Adds the ability to disable the effect or widescreen mode even when a device isn't connected
• Adds simplified Chinese translations

[Beta] Gamescope integration

• Pulls in XR driver update for gamescope support
• Updates Breezy Vulkan setup to copy shader files to the gamescope reshade directory
• Fixes UI a issue when no license is present

Non-root driver

• Driver systemd service runs as the user

Decky Breezy Vulkan freeze

This tag is used to lock in the version of Breezy Vulkan for the latest Decky plugin release: SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-plugin-database#674

Unified shader support

• Pulls in changes to the XRLinuxDriver and sombrero modules to support the unified shader.
• Breezy GNOME and Vulkan have been updated to utilize the same shader compatible with both ReShade and OpenGL.
• Sideview and IMUAdjust have been merged into a single Sombrero shader that allows sideview features to work better alongside SBS.

Rokid support & localization

• Adds Rokid Air and Max support
• Adds French, German, Japanese, Russion, Spanish, Swedish, and Ukrainian localization for Breezy Desktop UI
• Unify GNOME 45+ and 44- setup

Breezy Desktop SBS/widescreen, XREAL Air 2 Ultra support

• Breezy displays a double-wide screen when SBS mode is enabled. Significantly more resource intensive, modern hardware recommended.
• XREAL Air 2 Ultra IMU-only supported added in v0.10.6
