Changelog:
• Removed the blur effect from some games like Ever Oasis, Monster Hunter 3G/3U, Fire Emblem Awakening, and many others.
• Added new option in config-games.ini (See image below): Surface Skip Draw. It is probably related with the addition of blur fix.
Edit: Minor typo fix, Surface skip draw details, and don't forget that this is a test build! It may be unstable (Though when I tried it, it seemed stable)
