Order of procedures for Cast Members to follow for incident management |
In the unfortunate case of an in-game, community, or co-worker incident, follow the listed process and corresponding actions inside the #cast-relations channel.
{% hint style="info" %} Please allow a longer period of time between expediting reports for the sake of our leadership team. Expect long delays on weekdays and holidays. {% endhint %}

- Create a thread in #cast-relations
- Complete the thread, filled with information regarding the report, location, user (if applicable), and proof
- Ping a manager -> If no manager responds within 5 minutes ping a supervisor -> If no supervisor responds within 5 minutes ping an executive
- Create a thread in #cast-relations
- Complete the thread, filled with information regarding the report, location, user (if applicable), and proof
- Direct message a supervisor with the following information:
- Username of the Cast Member
- Location of the incident
- Details of the incident
- Evidence of the incident (photos and/or videos)
- You may not speak of the incident in the community or become involved with any arguments over the incident. Once we receive the incident report, we will review all the details and evidence and handle the situation accordingly.
