Patient Tracker

This is a simple web application built to track patients for Free Clinics. The purpose of the application is provide vital statics to governing bodies and donors to obtain funding.

Built using Grails it very easy to start. It also supports uploading patient data based on a CSV format.

The default install uses a H2 database, however its intended to be used on any database Grails supports this includes MySQL, Postgres etc.
