Web driver functionality extended. Added dynamic support for MS Edge (for Windows systems), and Chrome and Firefox as fallback options.

This release fixes driver issues associated with significant API changes to the selenium web-driver dependency package.
Issues associated with jsoup, which undergo some API changes as well, were also fixed accordingly.
