• removed kernel_warnings: this was too noisy and of little value (we never looked at it). and this just resulted in a misleading orange LED on the front of the box too often
• re-factored the WES service tests into 2 groups (deployments and daemonsets) to enable code re-use
• fixed issue where WES service tests (metrics, node exporter, upload agent) would false fail on the DAWN nodes (i.e. nodes with multiple RPis)
• added a truck load of WES service tests:
  • daemonsets: wes-device-labler, wes-telegraf-cadvisor
  • deployments: wes-gps-server, wes-node-influxdb-loader, wes-plugin-scheduler, wes-sciencerule-checker, wes-scoreboard
