This commit calculates the p-value for the Chi Square distribution.
usize isn't consistent across platforms, and sometimes we really need the degrees of freedom to be non-zero, so this commit changes the API and some cast sites to prefer NonZeroU64 and some u64 values where approperate.
This commit adds a Chi Square test using a provided alpha cutoff to the public API of the Chi module.

This commit calculates the p-value for the Chi Square distribution.
Refactor Chi Square API to use u64.
