Uploading now works!

Added upload to phone for each image (Grab MyGlassShare from app store to download to phone)
Once clicked it will display uploading. Give it time and it will run in the background. Once it is done you can grab it from the server.

Fair warning, Deleting isn't implemented in the server so when you download it will download all your images each time. Hope this is helpful to people :)
