Hi, I'm Volodymyr. My job consists in helping companies and researchers to analyse their datasets. I am skilled for most data-science steps: data pre-processing, data analysis, data visualization and results communication. I am a open source believer since I think with sharing solutions we can achieve a lot more as a community. Therefore I prefer to use Python for my daily work.
I excellent understanding and proficiency of platforms for effective data analyses, including SQL, spreadsheets, Tableau, R and Python. I own a strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Recently completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate and IBM Data Analyst Professional Certification - a rigorous, hands-on program that covers the entire scope of the data analysis process.

🥇 Project 1: IBM Data Capstone Project
This is an optional Capstone project in partial fulfillment for the IBM Data Analytics certification. This case study follows the six steps of data analysis process: Ask, Prepare, Process, Analyse, Share and Act.
I was recently hired as a data analyst at an international IT and business consulting firm known for its expertise in IT solutions and a team of experienced IT consultants. In order to keep pace with changing technology and stay competitive, the organization I work for regularly analyzes a variety of data to help identify future hard skills for junior specialist. I was tasked with helping with this initiative by gathering data from various sources and identifying trends for this year's New Skills Report.
Collect the top programming skills that are most in demand from various sources including:
- Job postings
- Training portals
- Surveys
Analyzing the data and identify insights and trends that may include the following:
- What are the top programming languages in demand?
- What are the top database skills in demand?
- What are the popular IDEs?
🥈 Project 2: Bellabeat Marketing Analysis
This is an optional Capstone project in partial fulfillment for the Google Data Analytics certification. This case study follows the six steps of data analysis process: Ask, Prepare, Process, Analyse, Share and Act.
I am a junior data analyst working on the marketing analyst team at Bellabeat, a high-tech manufacturer of health-focused products for woman. Bellabeat has the goal to become a larger player the global smart device market,they intend to do this by analyzing smart device fitness device. I am asked to focus on one of Bellabeat’s products and analyze smart device data to gain insight into how customers are using their smart devices. These insights will help guide marketing strategy for the company.
Analyze data from FitBit fitness tracker, a non-Bellabeat smart product, to gain insights into consumer’s trends. This trends are to be applied to one Bellabeat product to help guide marketing strategy for Bellabeat to grow as a global player.

🥉 Project 3: Extraction and Visualization of Stock Data
For this project, I will assume the role of a Data Scientist / Data Analyst working for a new startup investment firm that helps customers invest their money in stocks. My job is to extract financial data like historical share price and quarterly revenue reportings from various sources using Python libraries and webscraping on popular stocks. After collecting this data I will visualize it in a dashboard to identify patterns or trends. The stocks I will work with are Tesla, Amazon, AMD, and GameStop.
🥉 Project 4: US Data Job Market Analysis
This is an additional project to my Data Analytics portfolio. This data analysis example consists of five steps: Ask, Prepare, Process, Analyse and Share.
The field of data analysis is growing worldwide. In this project, I will take a closer look at the US labor market. Namely, the direction of Data Analysis.
- What are the 10 most listed occupations in Data Analyst field?
