Censor specified words

Expected behavior
Messages with blocked words should display in a blocked box such as they do with people you have blocked, if possible with a changed text though, so that it is obvious that the message is not from someone you have blocked.

While I don't really agree with the Twitch lingo aspect, I do think word filtering/censoring would be useful for some people. A similar plugin was created previously for Powercord: https://github.com/Nevvulo/swerve I don't like the idea of showing the messages as blocked messages though, and much prefer Swerve's method of blurring the words out.
