Custom User Tags. (that only the user can see)

Description
A plugin to set custom tag's for users and friend, that only the user can see.

Expected behavior
Add a User ID to a list. Customise gradient, colour and text easily to the tag. An easy way to add Bot like tags to your friends and make them stand out in your friend's list and discord.

Additional context
used a plugin like this in powercord, but I can't find it because it was old. A port would be possible if the source could be found.

Otherwise, I would still think it would be fun to have something in the same vein as the idea.
