this would simplify the date munging happening in https://github.com/virtualcommons/port-of-mars-analysis/blob/c48147011d3854d75e12e8b8d9947faf2e32e912/R/game.R#L24

wouldn't need the str_remove_all and simplify the parse_date_time call to just

dplyr::mutate(timestamp = lubridate::parse_date_time(dateCreated) without a special ordering field / format
