After jan2020 python2 is suspended

Describe the bug
The code base need to be shifted to python3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'System with python3 support and configured path with python 3'
   2.Go to folder 'src'
2. Scroll down to 'main ip scanne.py file'
3. Run python the filename
4. See the error for print statements

Expected behavior
successful run for python3
