We no longer show a context menu for the Collection item Account because it can’t be acted upon with the context menu.
You can no longer, incorrectly summon a context menu for the Title in the Outline Editor.
Made the Focus toolbar button correctly disable when no row to Focus on could be determined.
Fixed a crash that could happen if the Tags get out of sync.
Fixed a bug that could crash the app when the operating system touches the internal database forcing a data reload.
