Failure to set displayname/avatar can cause telegram messages to not be bridged

Sometimes the request to change/set the appservice user's display name or avatar fails. This then causes the Telegram user to not be bridged until synapse is happy with the display name/avatar change. Instead, telematrix should try to send their message through anyways, updating the profile later.
