The IFR below Huntington Lake, while not completely bad, does not seem to be simulating reality well. In particular, there appears to be a seasonality to actual releases, compared with a constant release in the simulation.

The actual discrepancy is small in absolute value (approx. 2-3 cfs), so not going to prioritize for right now, but ultimately this should be resolved. This may also be a hydraulic issue, with greater releases during higher storage periods due to higher head. This issue was observed below Redinger as well.
