Apps not being properly killed on Ctrl+ C

Summary

Sometimes Turborepo leaves my processes alive when I try to finish the task with Ctrl + C. Not only I can see them in the task manager, but when I try to run my servers again, some will say the port is already in use.

This has happened to me for a long time now, and I'm getting tired of manually killing processes all the time.

Below is my turbo.json config. The task in question is dev. I've never done enough testing with the others to see if they'd do the same.
