Enter Japanese in the input field and press submit.

Describe the Bug

The following error occurs because a URL query parameter is passed to the fetch API request header in the Server Action process

Expected Behavior

The following error occurs

TypeError: Failed to execute 'fetch' on 'Window': Failed to read the 'headers' property from 'RequestInit': String contains non ISO-8859-1 code point.
