NOINDEX standard in Category view? #39

When viewing a News Articles list via a category filter, a meta tag is placed in the HEAD
<meta name="robots" content="NOINDEX, FOLLOW" />.
That's not always an optimal situation I think. It would be better to be able to control this.

Is there no way to remove or change this meta value?
